Hierbas is *the* herbal liqueur of the Balearic Islands, originally created by Christian mystic monks in the Middle Ages for its medicinal properties. A sacred and government protected, low alcohol spirit made up of 15ish hand-harvested herbs that grow wild off the coast of Ibiza.
The monks originally created it as an digestif with herbal healing powers, and it lives on as a stable on every table in the Spanish islands. Our founder tasted the islands for years in search of the absolute best hierbas recipe in all the land. Since the brand's launch, Basbas has become the most awarded hierabs in the world—with multiple design awards for packaging by yours truly :)

We birthed a brand that not only introduces a new product, but establishes a new category in an entirely new market, as hierbas makes its North America debut. Traditionally consumed as a digestif, we positioned Basbas as a night opener, a night closer and everything in between— celebrating its (and our consumer’s) vast multitudes within.
The brand pays homage to its Christian mystic Spanish origins with crosses and a little irreverant nod to its relgious roots. The best part...the brand feels just like it tastes: a little sweet, a little saucy, bold, eleganté, straight from the Spanish isles and unlike anything else...
